Yes, the transcendental spiritual dimension is self-existing, causeless, uncreated, eternal, without any beginning, comprised entirely of an infinite number of conscious God-centered spirit souls. This transcendental society has never had to be created or to come into existence, as this infinite number of souls all connected to a God Supersoul and with each other through Him, is entirely natural.
Practicing yoga one can have genuine experiences of this reality that are themselves the direct true proof of existence of this other dimension.
From the position of being within that spiritual dimension it is experienced that that dimension is actually an entirely obvious and natural spiritual dimension.
And what is really odd from that natural perspective is looking back on the blinkered state of material consciousness of being materially conditioned under maya, existing in this material dimension that is actually a projected perception existing all around each soul here that convinces each soul in the material world that they are merely a physical brain and body.
This power of illusion convinces each soul in the material world that conscious life evolves from the existence of a brain and body, when in reality, at any time one is actually an already conscious soul who may come out of one's physical body and even view one's body still active in this world, even when the soul is no longer experiencing any sense of 'controlling' that material body.
It is then that one realizes that a powerful being manifests the illusory material body around each one of us and temporarily convinces us that we are dependent of the body and brain for conscious life, but we are not the material body and brain.
From the perspective of experiencing that natural spiritual level of being, it is perfectly obvious that this spiritual state is the true natural state, and that this spiritual state is the natural state throughout the rest of the infinite spiritual dimension, where each soul connected to God is vivified to be consciousness that is pure intellect, pure knowledge, love, bliss and beauty.
Those still unalive in this material dimension find the existence of this spiritual other dimension unlikely, and from the perspective of consciousness within the true living dimension, it is this dimension of material consciousness in this material world that is the one that is odd and a most unlikely place for any soul to come to be in.
No soul ever actually leaves the spiritual dimension, this material world is actually the 'divine dream', the Yoga Nidra, of Lord Vishnu Himself, and we in this material world are just asleep in that material dream dimension at present in a different dimension of time, and we will all eventually wake fully back up in the spiritual dimension and be fully alive there once again, having really been there still all the time anyway, just as we wake back up in bed each morning after dreaming in our sleep.
In the Vedic writings it is said that a soul looking back on their material lifetimes once restored to the spiritual dimension experiences them all as if they had all occurred as quickly as a flash of lightning, and from the perspective of restored cosmic consciousness within God when our consciousness is dovetailed with His once again, from that expanded perspective in eternal time, all our material experiences over many lifetimes in the various material dimensions are made to seem in relative perspective as if they had occurred merely in a temporarily absent-minded moment, perhaps while considering what existence might be like away from God.
Yet through progressive spiritual forgetfulness as we have gradually shifted the focus of our consciousness away from maintaining a natural principal relationship with the Godhead Soul who is actually the substance of the infinite spiritual dimension Himself, including His personal forms there, it is the case that as we have lost that relationship, so concomitantly we have also progressively lost the perception of the transcendental spiritual dimension itself and then even of each of the successive material dimensions above us as we have gradually descended here to this dimension, termed Bhuloka in Vedic understanding, this being the 8th dimension upwards in a system of 14 material dimensions in this particular material universe, this material universe itself being one of many millions of temporal material universes.
As we have become progressively attached to non-life while mistakenly self-identifying with our physical bodies and brains, moving away from the transcendental vivifying sunlight and love of the communal Godhead Supersoul, we have progressively grown more and more unconscious and forgetful of our true beginningless eternal transcendental spirit soul nature and of our true necessary interaction with God that alone keeps us vivified in actual living consciousness, as we are eternally and inseparably parts of one spiritual body.
