A lot of people seem to be mindlessly assuming there were dozens or hundreds if not thousands of soldiers with "manpads" at exactly the right place and right time waiting to fire upon the helicopters.
Reporting currently suggests that there was a coordinated attack, involving jamming and kinetic. There's evidence and reporting of this. This doesn't mean that some or all or a few elements within the Venezuelan armed forces weren't bribed or chose to stand down.
But even during the press conference, a general did outline the meticulous planning and execution. American special forces are incredibly amazing if and when they want to be.

It means nothing. It just means helicopters were flying.
There were also explosions. But I guess these don't fit the narrative.

Regardless of your referenced audience of fat and drug-addled Americans, the Venezuelan move was much more than theater. The proof may, in fact, lay in the celebrations taking place in Venezuela by its own citizens. So don't take an American’s take on things - go to the source.
