I have long admired President Putin's commitment to Russia being Russia and not like Europe--a vassal state of the US (which itself is a vassal state of Israel). The west hates Russia because they lost the plunder game they began under Yeltsin and it was Mr. Putin who stopped this. I have been many places in Russia and love the country and her people--I even married a Russian lady. As a retired soldier of the western Empire I have been thoroughly disgusted and embarrassed with the conduct of the country of my birth. But even decent Americas feel nothing but powerless, we are under threat as much as the Russian people. One tactic they have implemented here is replacing Americans with incompatible foreigners and a no holds barred propaganda campaign under the leadership of Israel to divide the populace and have us at each other's throats. I live in Kansas now where I learned the First Amendment has been abrogated by criminalizing criticism of Israel. I had to read on Mondoweiss today that people in Missouri are actually pushing back against similar legislation.
During the Summer of 1977, two other soldiers and I drove thru the Soviet Union. We entered the USSR from Poland and drove thru the flat grasslands on our way to Moscow. In the distance on the horizon [the land is FLAT!] we would see onion domes - but when we got there, we would see that the Church had been significantly destroyed and desecrated (swastikas painted on, etc.). The Kansas Legislature is filled with blithering idiots. I know because from my computer here in Tennessee, I fight legislation filed in State Legislatures all over the Country. State Legislators tend to be profoundly ignorant of Civics, and our Founding Documents. Their primary focus is getting campaign donations and other "perks" from lobbyists.
I don't know whether our Country can be fixed. The moral corruption is so deep and widespread that total collapse may be inevitable. God does judge Nations in time and history.
As a European I do not advise Russians to connect westerners in any way possible because of the high risk of being attacked or used by western terrorist agents.
