I think this analysis is basically correct, and it gives many reasons to be pessimistic about the chances of a multipolar world order. Russia and China are both facing significant degradations economically, and those states that aligned with them are being wiped out one at a time (Venezuela, Iran, Cuba, etc).
In short, there's little reason to think the unipolar moment has ended, and it might even be consolidating for its next wave of conquest.

One example should sufffice: during an outbreak of disease, pharmaceutical companies were not allowed to increase production of critical drugs because they were licensed only to produce a limited volume per year.

In the early 1990s these Fabian socialist chickens came home to roost, and the government was forced by the IMF etc to loosen up on these rules.

So the entrenched business families, which go back decades are still thriving.
