So, India is still in the non-aligned movement going back to the Cold War? I remember that Tito's Yugoslavia was also a member.

I think this analysis is basically correct, and it gives many reasons to be pessimistic about the chances of a multipolar world order. Russia and China are both facing significant degradations economically, and those states that aligned with them are being wiped out one at a time (Venezuela, Iran, Cuba, etc).

In short, there's little reason to think the unipolar moment has ended, and it might even be consolidating for its next wave of conquest.
